The typical daily Beaujolais tour will start around 9.00am to go to my cousin's place in Blacé to go around the learning path in the vineyards and in the "cuvage" to show you and teach you as much as possible about what we do all year long ... This visit will end up with a wine tasting with different "crus" du Beaujolais.. Then we 'll drive to a quaint village located in the heart of the Beaujolais, as famous for it's novel than for my uncle's wine!! We will do both !! The second wine tasting will take place in a stunning cave from the 12th century in the family castle..
Then for lunch i will give you few options on the day, but one of them that people usually go for is at Dominique's place in a charming gite surrounded by vineyards.. She will cook just for us a great meal to enjoy as much as the view ..! ( if she is available ..)
Then to finish with in the afternoon before heading back to Lyon we 'll drive south of the region in the golden stone region, sometimes seen as the " little french tuscany ", to end up in Oingt a medieval village.
